Is Gambling Illegal?

Okay here's the bet

What gender will the three babies be - in what order will they be born (hint, if Sarah's isn't first she's going to be a very very very cranky 14 month pregnant woman).

Megan's in for making Adrea cupcakes:
Sarah: Girl
Adrea: Boy
Megan: Boy (to be fair she may not have meant in that birth order, she'll let us know in comments)

Adrea's in for making everyone else cookies:
Sarah: Girl
Megan: Boy
Adrea: Boy
(Even though I'll still lose the bet, I would like it on record that there is a good large piece of me that says Sarah is also having a boy but just a glimpse of her today made me switch my vote to girl)

Sarah's in for making us all cupcakes either way because we'll still be pregnant LONG after she delivers and has lost all her pregnancy weight and has opened up a Pasadena fit mother's league and challenged the state in most miles run by any person over the age of 20.

I really think they will all be boys (poor Abby), but my acutal bet is different because of the odds with two bets in.

1. Sarah: boy (how late was Caiah?)
2Adrea: girl (traditionally 2 wks early)
Megan: boy (right on time)

Ok, I'll make cupcakes or a specified desert for the winner...that's how it works right?

I'm going to keep with my order (I didn't intend to put down birthing order, but why not so that mine is different than Adrea's.)

1. Sarah: girl
2. Adrea: boy (two weeks early)
3. Me: boy (one week early, here's hoping)
**But I will note that my mom was three weeks early with all of us, so maybe heredity will be a factor.

If Adrea and I have our babies on the same day...I think we get double treats. Just saying.

Oh, and how funny would it be if we ALL had girls...that is since boys tend to run strong in the Scheidler clan.

Can we change our bet when we get additional information? Since I belive in tradition, I'll keep the sex choices but change the birth order to:
Sarah
Megan
Adrea

All girls would be wild! Just imagine for a moment, three 13 year old girls in the throughs of adolescence...oh the angst! the drama!

Hm. I don't know what I have to offer that would be enticing to all, but I'm gonna wager anyway:

Sarah: girl
Adrea: boy
Megan: boy

Yes - if Megan and I deliver on the same day we definitely get double points... well... maybe not - maybe someone needs to bet that and get double rewards.

YOU ALL MAKE ME LAUGH SOOOOOO SOOOO HARD!!!

I will gladly challenge you TWO to a run off!!! ;) and make you cookies and cupcakes and any other treat you desire at the finish line!!!

and I'm going to vote against three girls... o my word... I suppose three boys would also cause an increase in our medical coverage costs... er visits and such... maybe uncle dr. bright would just have to live closer... ;)

and
I was three days late with Caiah.
my mom was two days late with me. two days early with my sis. and her and I had the same exact due date.
